Speaking the right language is vitally important
We received a lead for a primarily Spanish-speaking family and assigned it to our Spanish-speaking agent, who contacted them promptly. Of course, he fluently spoke with them in their first language. Just as importantly, he was able to discuss and fully explain the ins and outs of life insurance products and strategies and how they applied to their specific situation. Being fluent in the language of life insurance and Spanish created substantial value! After successfully providing the family with the protection they needed, they thanked him profusely. They said, “We have never been able to sit down with an agent that could explain how life insurance really works in a way we could understand.” The family has since referred him to other friends and families, and several additional policies have been written for the agency.
